Blended Learning: 4 hours classroom learning (Inclusive of 1.5 hours of assessment) and 3.5 hours self-directed learning
Who Should attend (must be IT literate)
Any person who is planning to handles and prepares food and beverage in NEA-licensed food establishment i.e. Kitchen Managers, Supervisors, Chefs, Sous Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Food Stall Assistants and all food and beverage handlers.
Class Registration will close 1 week before the Classroom session date.
Participants will have up to 7 days before Classroom session to complete their E-learning component; failure of which, they will be refused from admitting to Face-to-face classroom session.
Duration 4.5 hours
Half day – 2.00pm to 6.00pm
Group discussion & presentation – 2.5 hours Classroom sitting
-1.5 hours for assessment
25 MCQ – 50 mins
Oral Question – 15mins
Practical – 25 mins
