Blended Learning: 4 hours classroom learning (Inclusive of 1.5 hours of assessment) and 3.5 hours self-directed learning

 Who Should attend (must be IT literate)

Any person who is planning to handles and prepares food and beverage in NEA-licensed food establishment i.e. Kitchen Managers, Supervisors, Chefs, Sous Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants, Food Stall Assistants and all food and beverage handlers.

Entry Requirements

Minimum “N” level or equivalent and must be computer literate.
•The e-Learning courseware will be accessible via desktop PCs and mobile devices (IOS and Android).
•For best viewing of the courseware, the following mobile operating systems are recommended:
–iOS 9 and above
–Android 5.0 and above

Class Registration will close 1 week before the Classroom session date.

Participants will have up to 7 days before Classroom session to complete their E-learning component; failure of which, they will be refused from admitting to Face-to-face classroom session.

Duration 4.5 hours

Half day – 2.00pm to 6.00pm

Group discussion & presentation – 2.5 hours Classroom sitting

-1.5 hours for assessment

25 MCQ  – 50 mins

Oral Question – 15mins

Practical – 25 mins
