Overview
The food and beverage (F&B) industry plays a pivotal role in managing food waste due to its significant contribution
to the overall food waste in Singapore. This course is specifically designed for F&B professionals to enhance their proficiency in food waste disposal and
reduction strategies, aligning with the national objectives of the Zero Waste Masterplan. Through the Food Waste Disposal and Reduction (Level2) training, F&B professionals will learn to dispose of food waste according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
On completion of this unit, participants will be able to:
Duration: 8 hours (Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break & 1 tea break each day and time allocated for assessment)
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
