Service Excellence Level 1

On completion of course, trainees would be able to:

  • Communicate using basic learned workplace phrases and sentences
  • Satisfy English conversational basics to meet daily routines and social demands
  • Understand simple learned workplace phrases and vocabulary
  • Ready to sit for the service literacy test conducted by Ministry of Manpower.

  • Counting
  • Colours & patterns
  • Around your neighbourhood
  • In your workplace
  • Basic vocabulary
  • Telephone conversation
  • Guest service
  • Address basic guest concern

Total of 15 hours (2 days). Inclusive of 1 hour lunch break & 1 tea break each day and time allocated for assessment
